- College athletes should be paid because they give more to their universities and the NCAA then they recieve.
- If college athletes were paid then the IRS could possibly take away the 510c tax exempt from the universities which would make them pay taxes on everything sports related.
- The amount of money that the NCAA makes off these athletes was an absurd 757 million and each year they are making more money so it's quite obvious that the athletes aren't recieving their fair share.
- Suprisingly the majority of people believe that NCAA athletes shouldn't be paid because it would "ruin" there amateur status. This has made it difficult because it would definately take a little bit away from their status as a student athlete when they are technically paid student athletes.
- I think it would be cool to interview a sports journalist such as Michael Wilbon. My dad went to college with Rick Reilly and is friends with him so i would have interviewed him. Also interview a couple college athletes and get their opinions.
- The most interesting part is reading the comments on some of the articles because most of them are very opinionated on the topic and have good arguments against many of the articles.
- I like pretty much everything.
- Add opinions from college athletes.
- One of the most interesting things that ive learned by reading articles is that besides the controversy of paying college athletes, most people think that the NCAA needs to "update" their current system overall.

Research Book- Unpaid Proffesionals

- The book Scar Tissue by Anthony Kiedis has no effect on my choice for this book. My dad interested me in the topic of paying college athletes, and this was the only book I could find at the library.
- I spent time online looking for books, but they were too expensive, so I went to the library and found this book which turned out pretty well. I wish it had more information on actually paying college athletes, but it gave a great economic viewpoint of college athletics.
- I did my in class writing assignment on the BCS bowl debates and now have realized the NCAA has way more controversy then I initially thought.
- This book gave more of the big picture of all the problems with NCAA since it has started. It gives the economic stand point because their is so much money to be made in college athletics which is the reason for most of the debating in the NCAA.
